Payment can sometimes feel tricky to talk about, to help this I aim to offer a clear and transparent payment policy explained as follows

For perspective new clients I offer a 30 minute initial meeting for £15. In this session we can see what you want to achieve from counselling and if we feel able to work with one another

Standard sessions are £45  (a session is typically one hour)

Longer sessions are based on a multiple of the hourly rate (for example £67.50 for 90 minutes)

I offer a limited number of reduced cost sessions for those unable to afford the standard rate (please contact me for further information)

Payment is by BACS transfer at the moment. Sessions must be paid for by the time of / or at our appointment unless otherwise agreed

Please note, any sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at half the agreed rate, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full cost
