Hi and welcome,

I hope this website will give you a bit of an idea about who I am and how I work but do feel free to contact me if you are unsure of anything or want any further information.

I understand that counselling can be a huge decision, especially if it is the first time you have thought about trying it. Take your time, have a good look around the website and if you want to contact me for a phone or email conversation first, simply pop over to the contact page, drop me a message and we can arrange to do that. There is absolutely no pressure to commit to anything.

Whether you are new to counselling or have tried it before I will offer you a non-judgemental, confidential space where you can share whatever you feel able, where you can be yourself and where together we can work on whatever you wish to bring.

I offer both limited (a fixed amount of sessions) and unlimited counselling and am able to offer both day time and evening appointments. At the moment my availability is limited to Mondays. Please note due to Covid 19 all sessions are currently being held remotely via Zoom. I hope to return to usual face to face sessions in early 2021 but this is pending further developments with the Covid 19 pandemic.
